Nice contiguous block of cultivated farmland including 104 acres of 7 yr. old almonds in excellent condition positioned next Esparto community in western Yolo County. Mix o almond varieties includes 50% Nonpareil; 25% Monterey; 12.5% Aldrich and 12.5% of Wood Colony all on Krymsk rootstock. Orchard has achieved over 1 ton/acre in its young production history. Balance of farmland is farmed to row crops on a year-to-year basis. The farm sources all its irrigation water from multiple wells. A newer well is designed to produce 1,800 GPM. There are three other older wells on the farm and a return system. The fields have been leveled to grade. The orchard has double sub-surface drip lines. Both furrow and drip tape methods are used in the fields which are planted to tomatoes and safflower this year.
