Isaac Rainwater is a native of Yolo County and was born and raised in Winters. His agricultural career started young as he grew up working on his grandparents family farm. He attended school at UC Davis and upon graduating in 2005 started working at one of the agricultural departments at the university. Isaac has been involved with agriculture in California for over seventeen years. Fourteen of those years have been spent at UC Davis working with various fruit and nut tree crops, grapevines and strawberries. He also spent three years as the production manager of a tree nursery which gives him a unique perspective when it comes to orchard establishment regarding tree varieties and rootstocks. Isaac is an avid outdoorsman and as a father of three active children spends a lot of time coaching them and refereeing youth sports. He also coaches the JV boys basketball team at a local high school and serves on their school board. Isaac has a passion for agriculture and working alongside clients as they work towards their goals in agricultural. Isaac is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
